To meet this, YUSHUNXIN provided a full solution ensuring precise batching and production efficiency:

• Transport Pump: It moves 5000 L/H of raw liquid for continuous liquid NPK fertilizer production.

• كسارة المواد الخام: We has equipped the raw material crusher for the customer. It can processes 5 tons/hour of phosphate rock, potassium salts, and organic residues, achieving fine particle size for optimal solubility.

• Static Batching Machine: It can weighs and mixes NPK powders and micronutrients with ±0.5% accuracy.

• Three 15m³ Chelation Tanks: With the inner mixer and three layers of insulation, the reaction tanks can maintain uniform chelation for consistent nutrient stability.

• 5m³ Auxiliary Batching Tank: The customer wanted to add ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) and some trace elements. We prepared a 5 cubic meter auxiliary dosing tank for this purpose.

• Semi-Automatic Filling System: The client in Neragia wants to filling the finnal liquid NPK Bottles 1000–1200 L/H for storage and distribution.
