To meet the client’s target of 10,000 L/D liquid fish fertilizer manufacturing, YUSHUNXIN designed a complete set of equipment based on their raw material and capacity needs:

• Fish Waste Shredder: We supplied one SXDSC-400 double-shaft shredder to crush fish residue into smaller pieces, which makes the following process more efficient.

• Anaerobic Fermentation and Mixing: We has provided 3 FJ-10t chelation tank for the 10,000L liquid fertilizer production plan based on fish waste. This fermentation process turns fish proteins into amino acids and nutrients that plants can absorb quickly. And, the customer can add fermentation promoter by a 3m³ mixing tank.

• Filtration System: The dual filter unit with CPI cleaning system to remove impurities and ensure that the final liquid fertilizer is clean and uniform.

• Secondary Chelation unit: Đồng thời, for meet the customer requirement of making specific liquid fertilizer formula, we prepare the auxiliary material adding tank.

• Storage Tank : A 10m³ finished product tank was installed to safely hold the liquid fish protein fertilizer before packaging.

• Bottling Filling Line: We set up a semi-automatic filling system that packs fertilizer into 1L, 5L, and 20L containers, giving the client flexibility for different markets.
