How long does it take to make liquid fertilizer?

In most liquid fertilizer production processes, the complete cycle takes about 3–5 days from raw material preparation to storage. Fermentation time depends on temperature, nutrient balance, and microbial activity. You can fine-tune these factors to optimize liquid fertilizer production.

• (1)Adding Microbial Fermentation Agents

  In liquid fertilizer fermentation, the microbial inoculant plays a decisive role in organic matter decomposition and nutrient transformation. So you can add some beneficial agent to accelerate liquid fertilizer manufacturing process. Such as compound Bacillus, compound yeast, compound lactic acid bacteria, and compound enzyme preparations. Typically, 1 kg of microbial agent can ferment 250–500 liters of liquid fertilizer. The specific dosage depends on your raw material composition, desired fermentation speed, and nutrient requirements.

• (2)Maintain Optimal Fermentation Temperature

  The suitable temperature of liquid fertilizer anaerobic fermentation is between 30 ℃ and 40 °C (86–104 °F). At the tempetature, the decompostion of organic matter and the growth of microorganisms are relatively faster. So, you can add the liquid heating tanks in the liquid fertilizer manufacturing plant, which is the key equipment in the step. By managing temperature and microbial conditions, you can keep liquid biofertilizer production efficient while delivering a stable, high-quality product.
